Support SIM Business Operations:
Provide methodological support to Business Managers in SIM;
Support industrialization of Business Operations at SIM level: Performance, Resources and Competences, OP Support SIM Performance Review;
Follow-up on actions, coordinate and maintain SIM Perfo dashboard;
Ensure quarterly follow-up on Resources and competences evolution (H/C, training, competence assessment, etc);
Update Resources / Headcount KPls established to monitor ramp-up Support OP preparation and follow-up, including SoW consolidation;
Support Risks & Opportunities management;
Coordinate and support SIM/ 1 SLA run mode (governance, methodology...) communication;
Support SIM Communication (Internal / External) Propose Customer communication guidelines (Lines To Take) in line with SIM stakeholders and Corporate Communication Prepare;
Maintain SIM Communication guidelines (templates, generic presentations), prepare ad'hoc communication material (presentations, newsletters...), support to G-Site administration;
Participate in SIM People & Communication working group;
Prepare Doc management guideline;
Manage G drives (organization, access).
