The Business Development Executive is responsible for leading dynamic growth through new business generation and to ensure the assigned objectives within the defined sales territory. Reporting to the VP Business Development, also works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the optimal go-to-market strategy is executed.


Proven track record of developing complex new business operations within the BPO industry;

Native/near native Portuguese speakers with fluency in English (business level);

Experience in sales and/or business development roles with proven expertise in managing large projects and complex deals;

In-depth market knowledge (major vertical industries and BPO business trends);

Knowledge of accounting and P&L management fundamentals;

Passion for sales and winning spirit to succeed;

Results driven and positive attitude;

Passion for innovation and new technologies applied to BPO operations;

Remarkable relationship building competencies in a continuous client facing interaction;

Impeccable sense of responsibility, self-motivated and highly resilient;

principais responsabilidades

• Work within specified business territories, industries and accounts to generate effective business opportunities and exceed sales targets for the business;

• Develops specific demand generation plans to include cold-calling, social selling and direct marketing and attending industry events to build relationships with key prospects; 

• Manage incoming requests for information (RFI), requests for proposal (RFP) in a professional and creative manner in accordance with the company’s policies and the established sales processes and frameworks;

• Understand the clients business needs and develop tailored value propositions using all relevant skills and solutions to delight clients and deliver transformational added value; 

• Work closely with the inside business development networks to identify leads and cross-sell opportunities;

• Represent the client at industry events, including round tables, speaking forums and new business events;

• Keep all necessary reporting accurate and updated on a regular basis.
