Receiving all claims submitted by customers who bought cars internationally;
When eligible, evaluate the claims received by individual buyers based on internal info and/or proofs provided by buyers;
Follow-up of open claims when an information is pending to settle a case (missing info from buyers / additional info from selling country needed) or when a claim is set to be closed but require a payment to the buyer;
Provide an answer to the buyer of the case settlement based on the evidence and internal checks made upon claim evaluation (answer should be given to the buyer by email);
Ensure all actions mentioned above are being addressed and followed-up in a timely manner to meet the commitment.
