Managing incoming claims submitted by customers who have purchased vehicles internationally;
Assessing claims submitted by individual buyers for eligibility, utilizing internal resources and evidence provided by buyers;
Monitoring open claims requiring additional information for resolution (such as missing details from buyers or supplementary information from the selling country);
Overseeing cases scheduled for closure involving payment to the buyer or necessitating final settlement;
Providing comprehensive responses to buyers regarding case resolutions, based on evidence and internal evaluations conducted during the claims assessment;
Communication with buyers will primarily occur via email;
Ensuring all aforementioned tasks are promptly executed and monitored, while upholding commitments and deadlines.
