You will join the Finance Controlling team of Customer Services in charge of:
driving and supporting the key finance processes (Operating planning & forecasts, and actuals reporting)
providing clear, comprehensive and accurate financial data and guidance, and supporting decision making liaising with different stakeholders (Controlling, Reporting, Auditors and Accounting) to provide accurate analysis and meaningful storylines.
The jobholder will be in charge of Customer Services Inventory Controlling and Backlog
get an understanding of the specificities of Customer Services Revenues Accounting (Long term contract, etc) and Backlog mechanism (Order intake, Delivery, cancellation, etc…)
liaise as a customer services focal point with other departments of Airbus as well as Customer Services Controllers and Subsidiaries.
collect and establish consistent and accurate data in order to elaborate robust, timely and meaningful reports on financial performance.
analyse quantitative and qualitative data on Backlog, Order Intake, Revenues by country and Inventory against budgets and anticipate potential deviations & propose mitigation action plan.
The jobholder will also be in charge of Function and Capex Controlling of Airbus Consulting activities:
preparing, analysing and forecasting Operational Planning of the function and Customer service CapEx actuals preparing actuals analysis, understand the potential deviations and support decision making for management key meetings in which you may brief about the key analysis made.
