Randstad Professionals is recruiting a Android Developer (m/f) for direct integration, in a multinational company, located in Porto.
The employee may choose between Full Remote OR remote work days + office days.
This professional will report to the Team Manager. This position is focused on the development of mobile applications for Android OS.

- Develop mobile applications.
- Ability to understand technical specifications.
- Advise on technical aspects and working with a variety of systems.
- Attend meetings with internal and external parties and provide technical advice.
- Provide architecture and integration technical documentation of the developed solutions
- Be collaborative with the the rest of the Development team.
- Participate in the creation of the solution architectures
- Work with third party software integrators, suppliers and developers
- It will be necessary to do inter-app communication and the usage of the mobile device hardware (Camera, Barcode scanner, or others).
- Understand and document requirements.
- Contact with the architecture and solution engineering teams.
- Work on multiple projects in contact with the Project Manager.
competências
- More than 3 years of experience in Android development (mandatory requirement).
- Experience in Android native development using Java/Kotlin programming language.
- Experience using Android Studio and GIT is valued.
- Good knowledge of English (intermediate level is a mandatory requirement).
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and software testing lifecycle.
- Knowledge of low powered Android mobile devices is valued.
- Understanding of the Android components is valued.
- Knowledge of databases and UI design knowledge using XML is valued.
- UML, REST WebServices and Network (TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS, SSL, TLS, Serial) is valued.
- Ability to contact with several countries.
- Good communication and team player.
