- Background in Engineering, mathematics, computer science, information technologies. MBA or Postgrad desired.
- Understand business needs and translate them into solutions via efficient processes, scripts and automatisms.
- Capable of communicating with business partner mindset and empathy.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in complex environments where the candidate has had previous exposure to clients, experience in transformation processes and challenges involving digitalization and with a large impact on systems.
- Knowledge on project management.
- Heavy knowledge on postgreSQL databases, Excel, data management, reporting and statistics.
- Heavy knowledge in ETL tools, opensource reporting and BI suites.
- Deep experience in team management.
- Problem solver, quick learner, very proactive, team worker.

- Detection of business needs that impact the present and future needs of the department, proposing improvements and anticipating innovative solutions for the management systems and business platform of the company
- Management of the area team, composed of technical profiles.
- Improved processes in the area, resulting in greater efficiency, speed and safety.
- Strategic and operational reporting to assist decision making and portfolio control and management.
- Analysis and design of processes with business mindset and capacity for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Workflow monitoring. Creation of statistical models, pricing models and business plans.
- Workflow monitoring and planning.
- Scorecards and incentives calculations.
